Designation: Senior Developer/lead - Servicenow

Job Description:

3 Years of experience in Service-Now & Process related implementations.

Java, Java Script, Jason, JQuery, MySQL/Oracle, XML, REST, SOAP Web 

Services and various security models. 

Infrastructure / Networking knowledge is preferred

Hands on experience on Service-Now customized coding with Client Scripts, 

Business rules, UI actions, UI policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, UI 

Macros, UI Pages, Glide, Web Services and all other available coding techniques in Service-Now. 

Advanced and current understanding in Windows Domain Security (Groups, Permissions, Group Policy Objects) 

Advanced understanding of Unix/Linux Security (SSH, Sudo, Permissions) 
Experience in configuration of Network Devices using SNMP and Access Control Lists 

Deploying or supporting industry standard asset discovery tools (SMS/SCCM, LANDesk, Altiris, etc.) is added advantage. 

Ability to troubleshoot common network communication and security issues 
ITIL V3 Certified ( preferred)
