Job Details: 

Technical Requirements 
Installing the WebSphere Application Server( IHS,Plug-ins,App Servers etc. ) 
Configuring the Application,App server with the help of Plug-in - Bounce the Servers.
Creating and configuring the cluster environment.

Monitoring and Tuning the Performance ( Checking the health of Application Server) 
Troubleshooting like Page cannot be displayed.

Configuring the Virtual host - Upgrading the Servers - Installing the Fix Packs.
Knowledge O.S like Windows ,Unix Flavors ( Linux , AIX )

Creating the Profiles, Federating the Profiles.
Generating and Propagating the Plug-ins 

Deploying the Applications (Ear /C52War) 

Enabling the LDAP Security - Creating SSL Certificates 

Creating Dumps (like Heap and Thread) - Configure the Data source with EJB References.


Checking the Log files
