Roles and Responsibilities: The CTP understands the customer software development processes - end to end - and works in a consultative manner to position the Rational tools that helps the customer teams to build efficiencies and reduce wastages in the Software development, delivery and maintenance processes. This involves meetings, demonstrations and POCs in a customer environment and also helping the customer to deploy the tools and processes in their environment after the sales. Pre- sales of Rational tools and solutions to customers through meetings, Demos and POCs Customer engagement ownership - creating a win- win scenario for the Customer and IBM Post sales deployment and support to customer teams - requires in- depth tools usage knowledge to resolve the fine grained issues faced by the customer Skills: Knowledge of SDLC and end to end DevOps from Idea to Release Knowledge of Rational DevOps tools absolutely necessary along with the Open Standards based Jazz platform and integration with Open source and 3rd party tools. Good communication and Presentation skills Teamwork and Collaboration with various teams within IBM as well as customer teams Experience- 10 + years
