Job Description :
The role and responsibility of EA are:
Coordinating for travel plans (Domestic and International) - Tickets, Forex, Travel Insurance, Visa, Invitation letters, Cab and Hotel booking.
Reports/MIS
Maintaining calendar & timely coordinating for scheduling meeting and Video and Tele conference calls (invitation, participants availability and dial-in details).
Timely submission of the expenses claims
Regular follow ups.
Records Management.
Coordinating for Events, Conferences, Public lecture.
Preparing the letters, mails & other relevant documents & getting the same approved
Coordinating for housekeeping, stationary, resource and IT services etc.
Ensured timely assistance within and the cross functional teams for day to day activities
Coordinating various activities both internally & externally with various offices, departments
Providing assistance to cross functional department for collating important information.
